2. Ordering
All orders must be placed through our website by individuals aged 18 years or older. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase the requested products in your jurisdiction. 3. Shipping Policy
We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery service to any country specified by our customers. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking): For those who desire faster service, we offer EMS delivery. This method typically takes 5-9 days from the dispatch date and will be sent via Express Mail Service. The maximum expected delivery time for this method is 14 days. Tracking codes will be provided for all orders as soon as they are dispatched.
Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery): Delivery using this method typically takes 14-21 days from the dispatch date. The maximum expected delivery time for this method is 30 days. Packages sent via registered Airmail will be delivered discreetly to your mailbox and cannot be tracked.
Large orders (more than 120 pills) will be shipped in two separate shipments and may not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand name medications are also shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time.
You will be automatically notified via email when your order is approved and shipped. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow us up to 2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please use our Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. Our representatives will assist you promptly.
5. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges of medication once they have been shipped and delivered, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment. In the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue accordingly.
